Condition of Our Products
New/New-Bulk
Products that are described as in "New" condition are products that have never been used and may still be in their original factory packaging. These items come complete with manuals and other accessories. New-Bulk items are new but does not come with retail packaging since they come in bulk.
New Open Box
These products have never been used, the only difference between the "New" and "New Open Box" is that the outside factory seal has been broken, due to cancelled order or mishandling during transporting from warehouse to warehouse. However, the inside contents are complete with factory seal.
Factory Refurbished
Factory Refurbished products differ from other refurbished products because they are restored to the exact manufacturer specifications by the original manufacturer in a certified refurbishing center. In addition, these products typically come with the added advantage of a manufacturer warranty. These unused or used items have been returned to original manufacturers for various reasons: use in field tests, use in sales displays, and cancellations. They are then cleaned, quality checked and tested twice. They are also serviced, if needed, in the original manufacturer's certified refurbishing center. Refurbished products may come with minor blemishes and may come with or without manuals, batteries and back recovery disks. Reconditioned
These items are usually packaged in its reconditioned form and will be bundled only with the AC adapter and battery. These products may have cosmetic flaws and/or missing manual(s). Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough examination before the merchandise is released to the hands of our customer. Please note that reconditioning may be performed by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional outside firm.
Used
Although these are marked as "Used" items, they have been thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure full functionality, though in some cases they may show signs of wear.
Off-lease
Off-lease refers to products that have been used by individuals or businesses for a contracted period of time. They are inspected and tested for full functionality, and then sold to ACSeStore for resale.
