    Advance Computer Source Corp. doing business as ACSeStore.com. Thereafter will refer only as ACSeStore.com. Your use of the ACSeStore.com web site (the "Site" is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this Site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site and please do not submit any orders for products or services.

    ACSeStore.com may change these terms and conditions in the future. It is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to the site to review the terms and conditions for amendments. The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day they are posted on the site.     Purchase and Payment Options

    If you wish to make purchases of products or services described on the Site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to ACSeStore.com will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.

    ACSeStore.com accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa issued by US-based institutions for online payment transaction. Casher’s check, and wire transfer are also accepted in addition to credit cards for offline/telephone order upon approval. We regret that we cannot process orders requesting other payment methods not listed above. For your security, products will not be shipped to an address other than your billing address unless that shipping information is registered and validated by your credit card company.

    Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with ACSeStore.com.

    For security purposes on the consumer’s behalf, any possible credit card fraud attempt will be reported to the issuing bank.

    Sales Tax

    This site is controlled and operated by ACSeStore.com from its offices within the State of New York, United States of America. ACSeStore.com is required by law to collect and remit applicable sales tax to New York State resident and/or New York State shipping address for all purchases, including shipping and handling charges. If you believe your purchases should be tax exempt and would like to be set up in our system as a tax exempt customer, then please fax a copy of your tax exemption certificate, plus your name, "ship to" address, telephone number and reason for claiming tax exemption, to 1-516-741-8002, attention A/R Department. We will review your request and notify you accordingly and you will not be charged sales tax on future orders using this account.

    Shipping and Handling

    Orders are usually shipped via United Parcel Service and/or FedEx for domestic orders only; therefore, you must provide a street address. For shipments 30lb. or under going to PO Box, AFO/FPO, MP and US territories addresses, please select US Postal Priority or contact our sales office at 1-516-741-8001 between our office hours (M-F 10AM-4PM EST) for a different shipping rate. AK and HI destinations may choose between US Postal Priority, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.

    In-stock merchandise is usually shipped the same business day of order receipt before 3:00PM EST through our multiple warehouse locations. For customer who prefers to pick up from our sales office, there will be a 10% processing fee plus applicable sales tax. An advance order must be placed at least 8 hours prior of pick up.

    International Order

    Although the Site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed or referenced in or on the Site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. For all eligible international orders, we accept wire transfer as the only payment option. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs and import duties. ACSeStore.com cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

    International shipping options include UPS Worldwide Express, FedEx International Priority/Economy, and United State Postal Global Express Mail. Shipping rate will be given upon request.

    Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced.

    Descriptions of products provided by ACSeStore.com are based upon our suppliers' representations. Actual products may differ slightly from our pictures. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ACSeStore.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. For accurate information, please check with the manufacturer using the part number for detailed specifications prior of purchase. Please note all advertisements are subject to change without notice.

    The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ACSeStore.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. ACSeStore.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in accordance with our order limitation policy.

    All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

    General Policies

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
  • An RMA must be requested within 14 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. For an RMA number on returns, please send your request to support@acsestore.com. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
  • The returned package must be received within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA number.
  • All products are sold with their respective manufacturer warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for all shipping charges and insuring the returned item.
  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user manuals.
  • Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.
  • Returns are subject to as applicable restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packing material.

    Exceptions to Our Return Policy

    On certain items, ACSeStore.com offers an exclusive 14-day exchange/credit policy to mail order customers only. The following products are not acceptable for credit, refund, or exchange and must be repaired by manufacturers authorized service centers: monitors, digital cameras, computer systems, motherboards, microprocessors, and any product carrying a valid manufacturer's warranty. In these cases, if the purchase was made within 14 days, ACS will assist in the RMA procedure with the manufacturer. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual.

    All Other Hardware Products

    ACSeStore.com will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without an RMA number or expired RMA number will be refused upon return to our warehouse. ACSeStore.com will impose a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges for refused shipments by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging. All return accepted will be inspected and must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of ACSeStore.com technical support staff. A detail diagnostic report will be recorded from the inspection session. Keep in mind that we follow manufacturers?standard as our guideline. If they don’t define it as defective, we consider it as non-defective. Once the RMA return is tested in working condition, a diagnostic fee and shipping charge will apply to customer’s credit card. Currently, the diagnostic fee is $55 per hour.

    Products other than retail models such as OEM and bulk may contain different length in manufacturer warranty and return policy. We strongly recommend the customer to contact our sales office for detail prior of purchase.

    The quickest way for us to handle a return is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in a few days. If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks, and the shipping charges will be non-refundable both ways (original shipping charges multiply by two). We cannot process your return until we receive the product.

    We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact us immediately for an RMA number. Please note that all exchanged/returned merchandise must be in 100% complete original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, registration cards (not filled-out), software, and all accessories. Do not tape or write anything on the item or the package!! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on/taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Customer is assumed all responsibilities for proper packaging. If the return merchandise is damaged in shipment, or lost, ACSeStore.com will not provide any exchange or refund.

    All Software Products

    Unopened software can be exchanged with other in stock titles within 14 days of the invoice date. An RMA number is required. Opened software will not be accepted for return.
